User Terms
The terms governing use of the Truckers BS platform.

Acceptance Required
An auditable acceptance record (name, version, exact content, date/time and a unique Agreement ID) will be saved to your account.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Truckers BS, you agree to these User Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Truckers BS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, edit, publish, and promote your submissions across our platform and channels. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
Acceptable Use
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Informational Content
Content on the platform, including securement and regulatory references, is informational only and is not professional, legal, or safety advice, training, or certification.
Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truckers BS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be published as a new version requiring acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
